Ordering

Browse our lovely range of products on our online shop from the comfort of your home, purchase them online and either collect your order from The Box or request delivery.

  • Standard UK postage and packaging costs £3.95. Shipping is free for all orders over £20. We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and sent. 

  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Standard postage will be sent second class.

  • Customers should expect to receive orders within 7 working days.

  • Delays in delivery may occur during peak times of during Royal Mail strikes and busy periods.

  • Click & Collect is available Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm. To collect your order you will need to provide your order number and surname.

  • Wherever possible, orders are packaged in sustainable packaging in line with our sustainability focus. This may include reused packaging if available.


Refunds

  • If you change your mind about a product, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.

  • Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged in transit.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting the return may not be accepted.
