Volunteers' Week: Herbarium Highlights - Treasures of the Plant Collection - selected dates

Explore The Box's herbarium (plant collection) with Natural History, Sarah Marden and help take part in an inventory check.

You'll be able to get up close with this fascinating collection, learn about safe handling and care and help us complete paper records. 

Please note: this event may not be suitable if you have plant allergies including nuts and fruits.

This Volunteers' Week, The Box has joined forces with partners from across the city to create a series of thank you activities, just for volunteers! Whether you gift your time running errands for your neighbour, spend time at your local community centre serving tea or trek the moors surveying birds, these thank yous are for you.
