The image is a charted map by John Cooke, who was an engraver and geographer of 48 Union Street, Stonehouse. The image was published on the 25 Oct 1824, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce, Plymouth. With pictorial representation of Tor House and Mutley Firs. It also includes details of leading navigational marks.
